Conifer Physical Therapy is a locally owned and operated outpatient practice located in beautiful Conifer, Colorado. We are dedicated to providing personalized, holistic care for our patients with private, one-on-one sessions with your physical therapist.

One-on-one treatment

We strongly believe that our patients deserve the highest quality care. That’s why we provide 45-minute, one-on-one treatments with your physical therapist.
